  • The refund amount will be determined based on work already performed and expenses incurred.

4. Service Adjustments Instead of Refunds

  • If a client is unsatisfied with the service, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by offering adjustments or modifications to the original service plan.
  • Additional revisions may be provided at no extra cost within the agreed service scope.
